Ms. Wambugu is the Managing Partner and founder of the Firm. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Honors degree (LLB. Hons) from Kenyatta University and is a holder of a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She is a Licensed Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Certified Professional Mediator from the East African Mediation Training Institute. On the professional front, she is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators.
Prior to establishing the firm, Caroline worked as an Associate Advocate at the firm of Anne Munene & Company Advocates where she supervised a team of five.

Ms. Wambugu has specialized expertise in Commercial, Conveyancing and perfection of Bank and finance securities, Debt Recovery processes with broad and extensive experience in the areas of Mediation, Litigation, Corporate Law and Governance, Succession, Family and Intellectual Property Law. She has provided legal counsel and advisory opinions to both International and local Corporations with regards to registration and setting up of various business entities in Kenya including incorporation of companies, reorganization of share structure and capital, registration and establishment of trusts, formation, registration and licensing of Collective Investment Schemes by the Capital Markets Authority among others. With her keen eye to detail and thorough due diligence skills, she has advised and successfully walked clients through off-plan-purchase transactions to completion in real estate and Conveyance transactions. She has interacted with banks, microfinances, and Sacco in the perfection of securities and has always ensured that registrations are timely and within the agreed turnaround time. Ms. Wambugu is a seasoned conveyancing and commercial law practitioner with an indelible footprint in the real estate and corporate industry.
